Research progress of surface cleaning method inhospital environment and effect evaluation

OBJECTIVE Surface cleaning in hospital plays a more and more important role in the control of hospital infections.In this paper,we contrasted the environment cleaning in clinical institutions in China and the latest environment cleaning in the world by analyzing the current status of surface microbial contamination in hospital environment,and proposed feasible surface cleaning methods for improving the environmental sanitation quality based on evidence-based medicine.Meanwhile,we should monitor the environmental surface cleaning quality in a targeted and comparative manner,improve the evaluation method for the monitoring sites and cleaning results,establish scientific environmental cleaning procedures,and verify them in practice,so as to accumulate more evidence for the infection control in hospital environment in China.
