Changes of LA, CRP and PCT before and after theXuebijing treatment for patients with infectious shock

OBJECTIVE To study the changes of LA,CRP,PCT and haemodynamics before and after the Xuebijing treatment for patients with infectious shock and to observe the clinical effect of Xuebijing to infectious shock.METHODS A total of 192 cases of patients with septic shock from Aug.2014 to Sep.2015 in our hospital were selected,who were divided into observation group and the control group,96 cases in each group.The patients were in the control group with conventional treatment,patients in the observation group on the basis of routine treatment and Xuebijing injection in the treatment,and the clinical effects were under observation.RESULTS After treatment,the changes of hemodynamics of two groups of patients were improved,but in the observation group after treatment HR（75.5±9.6）/min,CI（3.9±0.5）L/min/m2,CVP（80.5±4.6）mmHg and MAP（77.4.±2.7）mmHg and PAWP（14.8±1.1）mmHg were better significantly than those in the control group（P＜0.05）.After treatment,the two groups of patients with LA,CRP,PCT index changes were decreased,but the observation group after treatment LA（1.5±0.6）mmol/L,CRP（14.4±3.2）mg/L,PCT（1.5±0.3）ng/L were decreased more than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were significant（P＜0.05）.The death rate in observation group was 12.5%,which was lower than 35.5%in control group,and there was no significant difference.CONCLUSION Septic shock could get a better effect by Xuebijing treatment,which can effectively improve the hemodynamics of the patients,and can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response in patients to make the rehabilitation as soon as possible.
