Prevention and control of surgical site infections inchildren with congenital heart disease surgery

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the perioperative effective methods to prevent infections in children with congenital heart disease,so as to improve the operating room nursing work quality,and reduce the risk of postoperative surgical site infections.METHODS Clinical data of 362 cases of children underwent congenital heart disease surgery from Jan.2015 to Dec.2015 were retrospectively analyzed,and SPSS software was used for statistical analysis.RESULTS After congenital heart disease surgery,no surgical site infection occurred in 362 cases of children.CONCLUSION Strictly abiding the operating rooms aseptic operation principles,sufficient preoperative preparation,reasonable layout during surgery and personnel management,intraoperative care of children with temperature,skilled nursing technology and cooperation with operation,can reduce the operation time,and play a vital role for control and prevention of surgical site infections of congenital heart disease surgery.
