Influence of Shuxuening injection for the hemorheology,Lp-PLA2 levelin patients with cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study and observe the influence situation of Shuxuening injection for the hemorheology,Lp-PLA2 level and neurologic impairment of patients with cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection,in order to provide evidence for the selection of treatment method of patients with cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection.METHODS A total of 46 patients with cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection in our hospital from Dec.2013 to Nov.2015 were selected as the research objects,and 46 cases were divided into control group and observation group with 23 cases in each group by the method of random allocation.The control group were treated with conventional treatment of cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection,and the observation group were treated with Shuxuening injection on the treatment of control group.Then the hemorheology,plasma Lp-PLA2 level and nerve function related serum indexes of two groups before the treatment and at seventh and fourteenth day after the treatment were compared.RESULTS The hemorheology,plasma Lp-PLA2 level and nerve function related serum indexes of two groups before the treatment in two groups all had no obvious differences,and the plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and whole blood low shear viscosity of observation group at seventh and fourteenth day after the treatment were respectively(1.34±0.12)mPa·s,(8.98±0.84)mPa·s,(20.21±1.64)mPa·s and(1.10±0.08)mPa·s,(7.82±0.75)mPa·s,(18.10±1.25)mPa·s,and they were all lower than(1.78±0.18)mPa·s,(11.21±1.30)mPa·s,(22.45±1.82)mPa·s and(1.45±0.13)mPa·s,(9.94±0.89)mPa·s,(20.46±1.70)mPa·s of control group,and other hemorheology indexes,plasma Lp-PLA2 level and nerve function related serum indexes were all lower than those of control group,and the differences were all significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The Shuxuening injection can effectively improve the hemorheology,Lp-PLA2 level and neurologic impairment of patients with cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection,so its application value for the patients with cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection is higher.
