Management mode of patients with severe influenza A H1N1 in ICU

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of severe influenza A H1N1 in the management of ICU.METHODS The three links were used to control the spread of infectious diseases:including control of the sources of infection:placing the patients in negative pressure wards,special items,special care,comprehensive assessment of the implementation of the plan of care,nursing measures,and implementation of high quality nursing connotation;control of transmission pathway:implementation of " hospital infection and disinfection technology standard" and " medical waste management regulations" provisions for secretion and excreta;protection of vulnerable groups:wearing N95 masks and gowns in the ward,and wearing gloves when contacting secretions and excretions of patients for health care workers.We should do health knowledge education of the family members of patients well and safety supervision and management when visiting.RESULTS The medical staff overcame the psychological fear of the disease,ensured the best treatment and nursing care of patients with medical personnel,and zero infection was occurred in a few years.CONCLUSION All of the patients need high-quality nursing and treatment.Infectious diseases are not terrible,and it should do disinfection and isolation,and the implementation of protective measures,for active treatment of every life.
